We welcome children and young people to our cinemas. However, when you purchase tickets from us we may ask your age, and if you’re buying on behalf of someone else for the age of the recipient, so we can ensure that access to age-restricted films is appropriately restricted.

If you wish to book tickets using our websites or otherwise, we will need to know some details about you such as your name and payment card details. We will also need your email address or contact number if you’re booking online. We may also need this information when you make any other purchases via our websites.
If you contact us or have an enquiry we will keep a record of this which may include some of your Information depending on how you contacted us.
We use this Information to allow us, our agents and sub-contractors who are working on our behalf, to process your booking, fulfil your orders and to send you service related emails for your booking.

If you choose to pay for your purchases by credit or debit card those payments will be processed by our chosen payment provider rather than Universal Sounds (Arbroath) Ltd directly and as such Universal Sounds (Arbroath) Ltd do not collect payment details.
No personal data is stored in cookies, the only cookie in use is named dynserv and acts as a browser cache to enable you to load our website faster. If you wish to book tickets using our websites or otherwise, we will need to know some details about you such as your name and payment card details. We will also need your email address or contact number if you’re booking online. We may also need this information when you make any other purchases via our websites.
This data is stored online via our ticketing software and is held on their secure servers. No payment details are saved through ticketing software, our payment provider handles all card transactions online amd these are processed through a secure connection.
We do not collect any “Special Categories of Personal Data” about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
We will only use your Personal Data for the purposes for which we collected it as listed below, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.
